Always crowded, but they the relatively fast and friendly service.
Great experience at this Starbucks. Staff was extremely attentive and kept the line moving, starting orders for those in line before they got to the register. Plenty of seating and great location right in the middle of the outlets.
Visited this location this afternoon and noticed the s'mores frappuccino was back on their menu. I'm not a big fan of cold drinks; especially when it's only 55 degrees. I asked the cashier if she could make it into a latte; I've had ordered it several times just this past autumn, she wasn't certain and asked the barista. As opposed to answering with a simple yes or no, she felt the need to break down the drink's chemistry, how the flavors are layered, the contents, etc. All I wanted was a s'mores latte, similar to the hot chocolate that's available on the secret menu, but with espresso. After her 3 minute rant, she reluctantly stated that she could try. Thanks but no thanks, I settled for a caramel macchiato and a s'mores frappucino for my son, who agreed that it would've been better if it was a hot drink. If visiting this location stick to whatever is on the menu. As for me, I will not return.

Located in the center of the plaza with outdoor seating. Decent seating inside. Being in the outlets they don't open till 8am.
